Heap Acquires Auryc: A Qualitative Step Towards a Better Digital World
It's an exciting time for Heap. Two weeks ago we proudly launched our new brand, cementing our commitment to challenging the status quo and defining the future of digital insights.
Today we take another important step on that journey. As part of our mission to make it easy to create incredible digital experiences, we are proud to announce our acquisition of Auryc, a leading provider of qualitative insights—including session replay, behavioral analytics, voice of the customer feedback, and predictive intelligence.
By adding Auryc’s capabilities to our platform, we will offer digital builders a new type of analytics platform, one that seamlessly integrates Heap’s best-in-class quantitative analytics with Auryc’s qualitative Session Replay and Voice of the Customer capabilities. The combination creates the most powerful digital insights platform in the world.
These qualitative features perfectly complement the existing Heap platform, which is already being wielded by over 9,000 companies worldwide. Last year we launched Heap Illuminate, an expanding set of data-science capabilities that analyze all behavioral data on your site or product to pinpoint crucial moments of friction and opportunity. Our new qualitative tools now give teams critical context on this information, letting them definitively see why and how users take the actions they do.
In combining Auryc’s capabilities with Heap’s, our platform offers a major leap past the limitations of siloed approaches, which force teams to analyze quantitative data without visual context and to manually evaluate hundreds of session replay videos, hoping to stumble upon useful information.
