In his 20+ year career, Ken has led multiple companies through IPO and acquisition, including Medallia and Financial Engines, scaling teams from $0-250M+ revenue.
Rachel brings 20+ years of experience leading product teams. As VP Product at PagerDuty, she led the team through a successful IPO.

A builder at heart, Jinlin has 20+ years of experience building technologies, products, teams, and businesses at PeopleSoft, Oracle, Yahoo, Microsoft, Answers, Auryc, and now Heap.

In his 20+ year career, Ahmed has built, led, and scaled successful pre- and post-sales functions across companies of all sizes, including Salesforce, IBM, Accenture, Informatica, and Reltio.
Melanie came to Heap from Jet Black and was Director of Employee Experience at Greenhouse, which under her tenure was ranked Glassdoor’s #1 place to work.
Chief Financial Officer
Love has nearly thirty years of experience, including leading teams at Juniper Square, Dialpad, and Informatica, and managing over $500M in fundraising and $1.2B+ in M&A activities.
David joined Heap after 8 years leading engineering as CTO and VP Eng at Stack Overflow. He was also an engineer at Fog Creek Software, the company behind Trello and Glitch.

Courtney brings 13 years of experience working with world class GTM and Executive teams at multiple high-growth SaaS organizations, including AppDynamics, Medallia, and BMC.
Heap’s headquarters are located in the city’s Financial District. It hosts our diverse group of teams, include sales and marketing to engineering, product and design.
Heap’s second office has quickly become a hub for our sales and account management team, operating our East Coast accounts. More recently extended into an engineering office.
Heap’s London office, led by Jeremy Bedford, opened in WeWork’s trendy North West House in the fall of 2019. Heap’s global expansion into the UK signals its high growth and ever-increasing momentum.
Heap’s engineering team is currently 40% remote and has been since the company’s early days. We love remote employees and fully integrate them into everything we do!
