Announcing the Heap Partner Network
As the great poet John Donne once said, “No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent.”
So true for business. For any organization to both grow and scale, it must provide services and solutions that help make its customers successful. This often means building an ecosystem with other organizations to create complementary solutions. We at Heap are committed to doing just that. As a result, we’re excited to announce the Heap Partner Network.
The Heap Partner Network
This network brings together the industry’s best professionals committed to delivering solutions to our joint customers. We’re excited to already have leading organizations such as Tealium, Looker, AWS, and Google Cloud as strategic partners in this network and we’re continuing to grow. As the program evolves, we will provide resources for collaboration, including formal Heap certification, best practices for Heap implementations, and an ever richer ecosystem so we can best serve our customers.
As VP of Partners and a 4-month-old “Heaple,” I’ve been completely overwhelmed (in a good way) by the broadness of the Heap community. When I first joined, it definitely wasn’t the typical “come to X company and start from ground zero.” I soon discovered that customers love us and the relationships we have with other service and technology companies are strong — both in terms of mutual respect and our direction in the market.
Being in the digital space for the past 20 years, I’ve seen my fair share of business partnerships — the good, the bad, and the ugly. Many times these partnerships are incredibly one-sided. I’m proud that the Heap Partner Network truly embodies a connected mentality — together we are more than the sum of our parts. And both our customers and our partners are Heap evangelists and want us to succeed.
This is just the beginning of an amazing journey toward growth, for our customers, our partners, and our joint possibilities.
