What's New at Heap: Event Filters, Charts, and Reverse ETL
We’re five weeks into 2022, and it’s already chalked up to be an exciting one! With volcanoes going up and stocks headed down, the only thing you can really count on is some awesome improvements to Heap.
We have a huge and exciting year planned with some major enhancements being cooked up by our product and engineering teams, and while we can’t spill all of the beans, we can give you a taste of some freshly released features (including new analytics capabilities, prettier charts, and more integrations!).
So let's take a moment, grab that coffee, and dig in.
Event level filters in graphs
This is a personal fan favorite that our own teams and many of our users have wanted for a while! Any Heap user can now build more customized analytics, faster, by simply using logic filters on any graph event in Heap.
Want to view specific behavior properties, experiment results, or events by time of day? Just create an event filter in a graph, and Heap will do the rest.
Prettier, smarter, better charts
Who ever said charts were not an art form? Not us. We believe great insights come from great visualizations, so as part of our pursuit towards customer-centric Shangri-la we’ve launched some new and improved charts!
Reverse ETL warehouse data into Heap
Remember when normal ETL was all the rage? That was so 2019. Last month HighTouch launched a reverse ETL solution for Heap, and this month were adding one more with Census.
Set Heap as a destination for data, and start blending beautiful warehouse data with real customer behavior.
