Technical Sourcer

Heap is looking to grow massively in the next few years, and as such, we’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help with the most important thing -- Hiring. This person will work with our Talent Team and Hiring Managers to identify qualified candidates that will help make an impact on a small but fast growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to engage top engineering talent
  • Build talent pipeline for a range of technical roles
  • Strategize creative ideas on how to engage passive candidates
  • Create customized outreaching campaigns to source potential candidates
  • Ensure accuracy of information within our Application Tracking System

30/60/90 Outline

Within 30 days, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with our ATS and other internal tools
  • Meet with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Begin to build a pipeline of candidates for respective roles

Within 60 days, you will:

  • Master our ATS and other internal tools
  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Brainstorm different ways to engage passive candidates

Within 90 days, you will:

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Implement creative sourcing methods
  • Design and lead strategic projects for recruiting team

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of high volume technical sourcing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excitement to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with other teams
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and G Suite.
