Heap’s growing Account Management team is responsible for creating and maintaining strong customer relationships.

We use our expertise of technical account management, analytics strategy, and product thinking to be the source of truth for all of our customer’s data. It is our responsibility to ensure Heap is delivering business value and make companies care about the data. We do this by guiding customers through implementation, onboarding, business reviews, renewal, and anything that comes in-between.
