Heap Earns Top Spot in Glassdoor 2019 Best Places to Work Awards

Heap today announced it was recognized by Glassdoor as the Best Place to Work in 2019 among small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. The company was ranked 1 out of 50 top peers in Glassdoor’s 2019 Employees’ Choice Awards. Heap automatically collects, organizes, analyzes, and connects customer behavioral data, so businesses can create more valuable products and experiences. Since 2017, Heap has grown its workforce by over 160 percent and has expanded to include locations in New York City and Salt Lake City.

Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 11th year, is based solely on the input of employees, who anonymously provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies on Glassdoor.

“This is a huge honor,” said Matin Movassate, CEO and co-founder of Heap. “At Heap, we believe there’s nothing more important to our success than the quality of our people and culture. I’m very proud of our team for this achievement, especially as we’ve rapidly grown the company.”

Heap’s employees rated the company 5 out of 5 on Glassdoor, 97 percent have a positive business outlook and 100 percent approve of Heap CEO Matin Movassate. Matin has been featured in an interview with Glassdoor, available here.
